User Set-up
Org Admins
Go to system access and select Add users
Fill in the details:
- Names
- Preferred use name
- Email
- Phone number
- Role

Changing contact info~Name, Email address, and phone number | From the dashboard go to your acc tab then the profile settings edit your name phone number, and email address, then click on submit. |
Password reset | From the dashboard go to your acc tab on the top right corner then the profile settings enter your current password, and new password then confirm the new password and click on change password. This should automatically redirect you to the login page where you will be able to login with the new password. |
Protect your acc/acc security
- Pick a strong password: At least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
- Do not share your password or log in OTP
- Avoid Common Patterns: Don’t use easily guessable information, such as your name, birthdate, or common words.
- Avoid sequential characters (e.g., 123456, abcdef).
- Unique Passwords: Never reuse the same password after resetting your password.
- Regularly change your password to enhance security.
- Always log out when not using the system.
Fix a problem
Issue | Fix |
I forgot my password | Go to the spin Dashboard using the link https://v2.ke.spinmobile.co/auth/password-reset Click on the forgot password icon with a lock, just right below the username and password textbox. Enter your username and email and click on reset. Use the new password shared to your email to log in. |
